Presenting guidelines for authors
Please consider following guidelines for oral presentations and posters:
Posters
Posters have to be in DIN A0 format with portrait orientation (w: 841 mm, h: 1189 mm). Poster boards will be labeled.
When and where your poster shall be presented is listed here >>
Oral
We allocated 20 min for each oral presentation, except plenaries, which are 30 min. Please take into account, when preparing the presentation, that this time includes 2 to 3 min for discussion. Presenting authors are asked to provide their presentation in a powerpoint or pdf format with aspect ratio 16:9. Please note that laptops at the conference venue will be windows based.
Please upload the talks to server directly (via the link provided on the website) or bring a USB-stick to the conference office for upload at least half a day in advance.
In order to assign your presentations to the correct session please rename your presentation as Microsoft Powerpoint or PDF files as follows:
‘program presentation code’_’name of the presenter’
Example: A01_01_Dreshaj
The presentation code can be found in the daily program (pages 22-46) or online >>
The presentations can be uploaded here:
